Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of The Mind & Menopause Studio website and services. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Scope of Services

The Mind & Menopause Studio provides holistic counselling, coaching, and menopause support services delivered by certified practitioners. The information provided on The Mind & Menopause Studio website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical, clinical, or psychological advice.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

Clients may schedule counselling sessions through the online booking system or by contacting us directly. You agree to pay the full consultation fee if you provide less than 24 hours' notice, and 50% of the consultation fee if you provide between 24 and 48 hours' notice. If sufficient notice is not possible, please contact us to discuss at info@themindstudio.co.nz.

Payment Terms

Payment for counselling sessions is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. We accept online payments via Stripe. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.

Menopause Reset Circle & MyMT™ Programme

Programme Inclusions

Your enrolment in the Menopause Reset Circle includes:
  • Access to the MyMT™ programme (cost $324, retail value $399), purchased upfront on your behalf.
  • One individual 1:1 consultation with Lisa (valued at $110).
  • Six group coaching sessions and community support.

Payment Commitment

  • The standard programme fee is $599, though discounted offers may apply (e.g., current special $499).
  • Payment may be made in full at the time of booking or via an approved payment plan (weekly or monthly).
  • By enrolling, you agree to complete the full programme fee applicable at the time of your enrolment, regardless of payment method.

7-Day Guarantee (MyMT™ Programme)

  • In line with MyMT™’s policy, the programme portion of your enrolment is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee.
  • If you cancel within 7 days of beginning the programme, you will be refunded the amount you have paid toward the programme fee, once this is returned to The Mind & Menopause Studio by MyMT™.
  • If you have chosen a payment plan and only part of the $324 has been paid at the time of cancellation, you will not be required to pay the remaining balance.
  • The 1:1 consultation with Lisa (valued at $110) is a separate professional service and is non-refundable once delivered. If you cancel after your 1:1 has been completed, you remain liable for this $110 fee, regardless of your payment plan.
Example: Cancel within 7 days, before 1:1 consultation
  • You enrolled on the weekly plan ($49.90/week).
  • After 1 week, you decide to cancel.
  • You have paid $49.90.
  • Your $49.90 is refunded once MyMT™ returns the programme fee to The Mind & Menopause Studio.
  • No further payments are required.
Example 2: Cancel within 7 days, after 1:1 consultation has been delivered
  • You enrolled on the monthly plan ($166/month).
  • You paid $166 upfront and had your 1:1 consultation during the first week.
  • You cancel on Day 6.
  • The $166 you paid is first applied to cover the non-refundable 1:1 consultation ($110).
  • The remaining $56 is refunded once MyMT™ returns the programme fee.
  • No further payments are required.

After 7 Days

  • After the 7-day guarantee period, no refunds are available for any part of the bundle, including group coaching.
  • Group coaching sessions are collective in nature and not separately refundable or transferable.
  • If you are on a payment plan, you remain responsible for completing the full programme fee.

Transfers

In exceptional circumstances, enrolment may be transferred to a later intake at the discretion of The Mind & Menopause Studio.

Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our clients. All information shared during counselling or coaching sessions is kept strictly confidential, except in cases where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm to the client or others. Health screening forms for the Menopause Reset Circle are held securely and remain your responsibility to complete accurately.

Limitation of Liability

We make every effort to provide accurate and helpful information on our website and during counselling, coaching, and group sessions. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of our services. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our website or services.
